While living in Brazil, I began experiencing premenopausal symptoms. Looking for natural options to balance my hormones, my yoga teacher suggested the Dinah Method, which has brought me numerous benefits: greater hormonal balance, improved osteoporosis that progressed to osteopenia, more beautiful skin and hair, increased energy, and a better libido. After experiencing so many improvements, I decided to share the method with other women. That's how I introduced Hormonal Yoga Therapy in Argentina, where I taught several workshops in different states, first in person and then online. After six wonderful years in Brazil, I recently moved to the United States, where I continue to teach classes in Portuguese and Spanish, and soon in English as well.
